Why HostOS exists
Our mission: help hotels get ready for how travellers now find places to stay, and make every stay easier to book directly.
The shift we're responding to
Travellers used to scroll through OTA listings and compare. More and more, they ask an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Gemini where to stay, get a short list of named hotels, check the reviews, and then book. Often on an OTA, even when they've already decided on the hotel.
That creates two problems for an independent hotel. If AI doesn't know your hotel, you're not on the short list at all. And when guests who chose you still book through an OTA, you pay commission, commonly 15 to 25% plus GST, on a guest you'd already won. HostOS exists to help with both.

A one-time setup, then a fixed monthly retainer, scoped to your hotel. We never take a cut of your bookings.

No fake reviews, no incentives, no filtering out unhappy guests. We follow Google's and TripAdvisor's rules.
Your accounts, content and data stay yours
Your website, Google Business Profile, social media and ad accounts, and your guest data belong to your hotel. Content we create for you is yours once paid for.
