Most hotel accounts post the same things: rooms, the pool, a plate of food, a sunset. That's catalogue content. It looks tidy, but it has two problems.
It only reaches people who already know you. It does nothing for the much bigger group who haven't heard of your hotel, or your destination, yet.
There's no strategy behind it. The account exists to "stay active". Posts feel random, the voice is generic, and nothing leads to an enquiry.
The result is a feed that looks busy but doesn't bring in new guests.
How we work
Understand
We sit with you and learn the property properly: what makes it special, its story, who stays, why they choose you, what guests keep mentioning, and what you'd like to change.
Find the narrative
We shape one clear story around your property and its destination, so everything we post feels like it comes from the same place, not from a template.
Build the strategy
We turn that story into a plan: what to say, to whom, in which format, and what each post should lead to. Every piece of content has a job.
Create it with you
We plan shoots with your team and use your people, your place and your guests. You approve everything before it goes out.
Publish and refine
We post consistently, review results with you every month, and put more effort into what brings enquiries and bookings.
Three kinds of content, one path to a booking
1
Discovery content
For people who don't know you yet
The destination, experiences, food, culture, wildlife, hidden gems and things to know before you go. It's interesting even to someone who has never heard of your hotel, and your hotel shows up as the natural place to stay. People don't search for a hotel they don't know exists. They get interested in a place first.
Formats: Short reels, carousels, guides, "did you know" posts, local stories.
2
Property content
For people comparing where to stay
Your rooms, views, food, what's included and what makes you different, shown through your story rather than as a catalogue.
Formats: Room and stay walkthroughs, a day at your hotel, what's included, who it's best for.
3
Testimonial content
For people about to decide
Real guest stories, reviews, photos and videos, and the moments guests talk about most. Always real, never invented, and always shared with permission.
Formats: Guest video clips, review highlights, "what guests say", reposts of tagged stays.
Booking
Discovery brings new people in. Property content helps them choose. Testimonials give them the confidence to book. A feed with only property posts skips the first and last steps, which is why it can look active and still not grow.
Every post ends with one clear next step, such as a DM keyword, a link to book or a WhatsApp message, so interest turns into an enquiry.

How we work with you
You approve everything before it's published.
We work alongside your team, including any photographer, videographer or agency you already use.
Your account and content stay yours.
How we measure
Not likes and followers alone. Every month we look at: new people reached through discovery content, profile visits, link clicks to your booking page, DM and WhatsApp enquiries, and bookings we can trace back to social media. We don't promise follower numbers or a number of bookings.
Questions about social media management
Do you just post photos of our hotel?
No. Property content is one part of it. We also create discovery content that reaches people who don't know your hotel yet, and testimonial content from real guests that helps people decide.
Who creates the content?
We plan and create it with you. We organise shoots with your team and use your property, your people and your guests, and you approve everything before it goes out.
Can you use our guests' photos and videos?
Only with the guest's permission. We help you collect and keep that permission properly.
Can you work with our existing photographer or agency?
Yes. We can lead the strategy and work alongside whoever creates content for you today.
How do you measure success?
By enquiries and bookings, as well as reach and engagement. Every month we review what's bringing enquiries and put more into it.
How long before we see results?
A consistent, strategy-led feed usually takes a few months to build momentum. We review progress with you every month.
